New Yaxin (002388.SZ): Planning to acquire controlling stake in Qiyuan Gas, shares suspended

Zhitong Finance APP News, Xinya Electronic (002388.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire a controlling stake in Shanghai Qiyuan Gas Development Co., Ltd. ("Qiyuan Gas") by issuing shares and paying cash, and to raise matching funds, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. As this transaction is still in the planning stage, the company's securities will be suspended from trading starting at market open on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days.
