Zhejiang Wenzhou: Striving to optimize the business environment for AI entrepreneurship

Since the beginning of this year, the Wenzhou Municipal Justice Bureau has issued the "Wenzhou Municipal Guidelines for Compliance of Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content" and the "Wenzhou Municipal Guidelines for Compliance in the Construction of Artificial Intelligence OPC Entrepreneurship Communities"; the Wenzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Municipal Tax Service jointly issued the "Wenzhou Municipal Guidelines for Compliance of Artificial Intelligence OPCs from Registration to Taxation," among others, laying an institutional foundation for the standardized and normalized development of the one-person company entrepreneurship ecosystem. In terms of financial support, Wenzhou's Longwan District has provided matching personal entrepreneurship guarantee loans of up to 300,000 yuan and small and micro enterprise loans of up to 4 million yuan, and established a 400 million yuan industrial fund, forming a fund matrix covering the seed stage through the growth stage. Lucheng Rural Commercial Bank launched the "Wenzhou Municipal OPC Comprehensive Financial Services Plan," using ten major measures under "innovation incubation finance" to build a one-stop incubation system integrating "government affairs + finance and taxation + policy + finance + insurance." A relevant official from the Wenzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said that next steps will continue to promote the effective implementation of various policy measures, continuously improve the artificial intelligence one-person company entrepreneurship ecosystem, and enable more one-person companies to break ground and grow vigorously in Wenzhou.
