60 CSRC penalty notices in September hit a new high

According to statistics compiled by the reporter from data including Wind and Yidong, the securities regulatory system has issued more than 260 penalty notices this year against securities firms, their branches, and practitioners, involving more than 50 securities firms, a marked increase compared with the first three quarters of 2025, especially in September, when about 60 notices in a single month hit a new high for the year.
