The Ministry of Education has deployed the launch of the Campus Recruitment Month activities for the 2027 graduating class of higher education institutions.

The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Education that, in order to help the 2027 cohort of college graduates find employment smoothly and as early as possible, the "Golden Autumn Launch" campus recruitment month series of activities was carried out in a concentrated manner from September to November 2026. During the recruitment month, all localities will give full play to the role of campus recruitment as the main channel, deeply implement the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Enter Campuses" plan, invite private enterprises and small, medium, and micro enterprises to enter campuses for information sessions and recruitment, organize well "small but refined, specialized and excellent" department-level recruitment fairs, and carry out "Thousand Schools, Ten Thousand Enterprises" and "Thousand Industries, Ten Thousand Trades" supply-demand matching by region and by industry. At the same time, guidance will be given to colleges and universities with weak employment resources to formulate plans for visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities, targeting specialized and innovative enterprises, leading enterprises in industries, and others to expand jobs in a targeted manner, connect with emerging industries such as artificial intelligence and the digital economy, and tap new employment tracks. For graduates from key groups such as families lifted out of poverty, families receiving minimum living allowances, zero-employment families, and persons with disabilities, "one person, one file" assistance ledgers will be established, "one-to-one" paired assistance will be implemented, and job recommendations, guidance and training, and internships will be prioritized, with each person recommended at least 3 valid job positions in principle.
