China-Europe Arctic container route has transported over 7,760 TEUs of cargo in total.
According to Ningbo Customs, the world's first regularly operated China-Europe Arctic container route ran 8 voyages this year, carrying a total of 7,761 TEUs of cargo, mainly energy storage equipment, power batteries, and new energy vehicles, with a cargo value of 5.33 billion yuan, reaching more than 20 countries and regions including the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The route operates seasonally and will resume voyages next summer. As a landmark achievement in jointly building the "Ice Silk Road," the route takes only 1820 days, about half the time of the traditional Suez route, and combines advantages in timeliness, cost, environmental sustainability, and safety, ensuring the stable and smooth operation of China-Europe industrial and supply chains.
