FingerTango (06860.HK): Jiang Huihui re-designated as executive director

Zhito Finance APP News, FingerTango (06860.HK) announced that Mr. Jiang Huihui has been re-designated from an independent non-executive Director to an executive Director, effective from October 2, 2026. The re-designation is intended to allow Mr. Jiang to devote his experience and professional knowledge to the management and development of the Group's business. With effect from the effective date of Mr. Jiang's re-designation, Mr. Jiang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee and a member of each of the Company's audit committee and the Company's nomination committee.
