Zhiyuan Holdings (00990) subsidiary leases Malaysian property for artificial intelligence data center project

Zhito Finance APP news, Zhiyuan Holdings (00990) announced that on October 1, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Deep Source (PN) (as lessee) entered into a lease agreement with Nanda Steel (as lessor) for the lease of the property, for a term of 3 years from the unconditional date, with a monthly rent of RM917,000 (approximately HK$1.761 million). The properties are all located in Mukim 01, Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
