Total investment of 12 billion yuan, Leadcore Optoelectronics chip base begins production in Optics Valley

According to the "China Optics Valley" WeChat public account, on September 28, the wafer fab of Vital Advanced Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Vital Technology Group, came online in the East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The fab is the manufacturing core of the high-end compound semiconductor materials and chip industrialization base built by Vital Technology Group with an investment of 12 billion yuan, and features dual-material large-size optoelectronic chip platforms for 4/6-inch indium phosphide and 6/8-inch gallium arsenide. After coming online, the base has moved from the construction phase into the process certification and product introduction phase.
