State-owned big six banks respond to the new mortgage interest subsidy policy, clarifying "enjoy without application"
On September 30, the six major state-owned banks successively issued announcements on implementing the interest subsidy policy for residential home purchase loans. Starting from October 1, 2026, they will provide fiscal interest subsidy services for newly issued eligible first-home commercial personal housing loans. Multiple banks made it clear that they will adopt a "no application required, automatic enjoyment" processing method, meaning that when interest is collected each month, the corresponding subsidy amount will be automatically deducted from each repayment installment, and customers will be promptly notified via SMS and other means.
