Recently, BYD held its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2026 at its Pingshan headquarters. Wang Chuanfu, Chairman and President of BYD Group, shared his advice for young people. He said: "When you are young, you must have lofty dreams, because only then can young people be inspired not to give up when they encounter difficulties, and to dare to persist and dare to take on challenges. BYD started with nothing. Our workforce grew from a few dozen people to several hundred thousand, and along the way we overcame many difficulties and came close to bankruptcy several times.
