Hong Kong and China Gas (00003.HK) applies to HKEX for the listing of a US$7 billion medium term note programme

On September 29, HKCG (FINANCE) LIMITED announced that it has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of a US$7,000,000,000 medium term note programme within 12 months after September 29, 2026, by way of debt issuance to professional investors only (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited), details of which are set out in the offering circular relating thereto published on September 29, 2026. The listing of the programme is expected to become effective on or about September 30, 2026.
