Zhito Finance APP News: Sanxia New Material (600293.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire no less than 53.14% of the shares of Zhuhai Saiwei Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Saiwei" or the "target company") from counterparties including Dai Xiaobing, Zhuhai Yili Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yili Investment"), Zhuhai Hengwei Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Hengwei Investment"), Xue Yao, and L Haixia, by means of issuing shares and paying cash.
