Ellison Pledges an Additional 67 Million Oracle (ORCL.US) Shares as Loan Collateral to Support Paramount Skydance's (PSKY.US) $100 Billion Warner Acquisition

According to a proxy filing submitted last Friday, Lawrence Ellison, Executive Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of Oracle (ORCL.US) and one of the key figures driving Paramount Skydance's (PSKY.US) acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD.US), has pledged 67 million more Oracle shares as collateral for personal loans than a year ago, an increase of 19%.
