The Hong Kong SAR Government's total housing supply target for the next ten years is 420,000 units.

Zhito Finance APP has learned that on September 28, the Hong Kong SAR Government released the 2026 Annual Progress Report on the Long Term Housing Strategy (the "Annual Progress Report"). According to the established projection methodology of the Long Term Housing Strategy (the "LTHS"), the total housing demand for the next ten-year period is 419,300 units, and the Government has therefore set the supply target at 420,000 units.
