Qichacha App shows that Beijing Jiushijiu Dingzhanfang Catering Culture Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Xibei, recently underwent a business registration change, with Beijing Sizhuang Catering Management Co., Ltd. newly added as a shareholder with a 50% stake, while its registered capital increased from RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million. It is worth noting that Beijing Sizhuang Catering Management Co., Ltd. is 90% owned by Jia Yukun, the second son of Jia Guolong. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in May this year, with Fan Xiaoli as its legal representative, and its business scope includes literary and artistic creation, catering management, and organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, among others.
