New Zealand Exchange disclosure documents show that New Zealand solar farm operator Lodestone Energy plans to list on the New Zealand Stock Exchange through an IPO next month. Lodestone said earlier this month that it was considering proceeding with an IPO and opened registration of interest. The New Zealand Exchange said the offer is expected to open on September 29, with the listing date set for October 22. New Zealand Exchange documents show that Lodestone may have more than 206 million shares after issuance, with a reference offer price of NZ$2.25 per share. A statement on the company's website shows that it plans to raise NZ$75 million to NZ$100 million through the issuance of new shares. There will be no sale of existing shares in this offering. "The proceeds will be used to build new solar farms, expand the customer base, and for general corporate purposes."
