Recently, International Data Corporation (IDC) and Inspur Information jointly released the "2026 China Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Development Assessment Report." The report argues that the global AI industry is accelerating from "capability validation" toward "value realization," with intelligent agents becoming a new growth driver, and computing power rising to the same tier as water conservancy, power grids, and railways as national strategic infrastructure.
