Heavy rainfall in Nepal triggers disaster, leaving 21 dead.

According to the notification from Nepal's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, as of 18:00 local time on the 27th, floods and landslides caused by continuous heavy rainfall have resulted in 21 deaths in the country, with several others missing and injured.
