Windsor Capital makes a $50 million strategic investment in Space Labs

On September 25, Windsor Capital announced that it had completed a US$50 million strategic investment in Slovenian technology company Space Labs d.o.o. The investment acquired a 4.9% minority stake in Space Labs, corresponding to a post-money valuation of approximately US$1.02 billion. As part of the initial commercial cooperation between the two parties, Space Labs and Windsor Capital are establishing vehicle distribution channels leveraging Windsor's international automotive and industrial network, and are carrying out distribution in multiple international markets in phases.
