On September 24 local time, German luxury car brand Porsche announced a technological advance in the field of high-voltage battery recycling. In a pilot project jointly advanced with German recycling company cylib, for the first time, cathode active material for brand-new battery cells was produced entirely using recycled raw materials extracted from retired Porsche high-voltage batteries.
