Jinmao Holdings (02028.HK): Controlling shareholder completes placing

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jinmeng Holdings (02028.HK) announced that the placing was completed on September 24, 2026, pursuant to which 129 million shares of the Company were placed on September 15, 2026, 141 million shares of the Company were placed on September 21, 2026, and 141 million shares of the Company were placed on September 24, 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placing agreement, the placing agent placed an aggregate of 411 million shares of the existing issued share capital of the Company, representing approximately 47.85% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
