(002139.SZ) announced that the company has recently signed the "Bao'an District Key Industry Project Industry Development Supervision Agreement" with the Shenzhen Bao'an District Industry and Information Technology Bureau. The company participated in the bidding for the right to use ordinary industrial land in Shiyan Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and has signed the "Transaction Confirmation Letter" for the investment and construction of the "Bao'an Intelligent Control Industry Base" project. The project construction land area is approximately 25,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The land use right grant period is 30 years, and the total project investment (including the land use right transfer price, main building, production equipment, and other supporting facilities investment) is approximately 840 million yuan.
