(referred to as the "Group Company"), intend to make a proportional capital increase in Anhui New Energy Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Energy Company") based on their existing shareholding ratios. The company will contribute RMB 1.785 billion, and the Group Company will contribute RMB 1.715 billion, totaling RMB 3.5 billion. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of New Energy Company will increase to RMB 11.318 billion, with the shareholding ratios of all shareholders remaining unchanged.
