Zhitong Finance APP News, Tongbang Lighting (603303.SH) announced that, in order to leverage the experience and resources of professional investment institutions and promptly seize investment opportunities in innovative application fields related to the upstream and downstream industries, the company signed the "Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" on September 23, 2026. As a limited partner, it will use no more than RMB 55 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of Hengdian Bohui under Hengdian Capital, accounting for no more than 3.33% of the fund's total subscribed capital contributions.
