(referred to as the "Target Company") held by Boehringer Ingelheim (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in cash, with an estimated acquisition price not exceeding 20 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, the Target Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
