Zhitong Finance APP News, Yingjia Gongjiu (603198.SH) announced that on September 22, 2026, the company signed the "Hangzhou Junlian Jiatu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement" with the manager, Beijing Junqi, and other partners. According to the partnership agreement, the total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership is RMB 704 million; the company, as a limited partner, will subscribe RMB 100 million to the partnership with its own funds, accounting for 14.21% of the total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership as stipulated in the partnership agreement.
