China Construction Bank (00939.HK): Completion of Issuance of Domestic 2026 Undated Capital Bonds (Second Tranche) (Bond Connect)

Zhito Finance APP News: China Construction Bank (00939.HK) has issued an announcement that China Construction Bank Corporation (the Bank) held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on November 27, 2025, at which the "Resolution on the Issuance of Capital Instruments and Total Loss-Absorbing Capacity Non-Capital Debt Instruments" was deliberated and approved, agreeing that the Bank may issue capital instruments and total loss-absorbing capacity non-capital debt instruments with an aggregate amount of no more than RMB 700 billion equivalent, of which capital instruments shall not exceed RMB 450 billion equivalent, and total loss-absorbing capacity non-capital debt instruments shall not exceed RMB 250 billion equivalent. With the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, the Bank recently issued China Construction Bank Corporation 2026 Undated Capital Bonds (Second Tranche) (Bond Connect) (the Current Tranche Bonds) in the national interbank bond market, and completed the issuance on September 22, 2026.
