Zhitong Finance APP News, Baiyang Pharmaceutical (301015.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly contribute to the establishment of Beijing Mentougou District Baiyang Phase III Pharmaceutical Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, referred to as "Mentougou Baiyang Fund") with Beijing Baiyang Zhongxin Health Investment Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Mentougou District Jingxi Industry Guidance Fund (Limited Partnership), and Gongqingcheng Wanheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The subscribed capital contribution of the Mentougou Baiyang Fund is 400 million yuan, and the company plans to subscribe 156 million yuan as a limited partner with its own funds, accounting for 39% of the total contribution.
