Zhito Finance APP News: Black Cat Co., Ltd. (002068.SZ) announced that, in order to further enhance the capital strength of its controlled subsidiary Wuhai Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuhai Black Cat"), Gongrong Jintou No. 2 (Beijing) Emerging Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongrong Jintou") plans to increase its capital in Wuhai Black Cat by RMB 100 million, corresponding to the subscription of RMB 26.1945 million of newly added registered capital of Wuhai Black Cat, with the premium of RMB 73.8055 million recorded in Wuhai Black Cat's capital reserve. The company waives its right of first refusal to subscribe to the newly added registered capital.
