Zhenyang Development (603213.SH): Temporary shutdown of the 300,000-ton-per-year vinyl new materials plant

In the face of significant adverse changes in the external operating environment, and after comprehensively considering objective factors such as the production cost and market conditions of PVC products, in order to reduce operating losses and further improve facility performance, the company plans to implement a temporary shutdown of its 300,000-ton-per-year vinyl new materials facility (referred to as the "PVC facility") and carry out maintenance on the main equipment of the PVC facility. The shutdown will begin on September 19, 2026, and is expected to last no more than 4 months. Subsequent resumption of production will be disclosed in a timely manner.
