Zhito Finance APP News: Jiahe Intelligent (300793.SZ) announced that on September 17, 2026, the company signed an "Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Huaze Electronics shareholders Shen Shengmeng, Sun Xiaoli, Zhou Shuguang, and Shenzhen Kanggao Electronics Co., Ltd., intending to acquire, by cash, 55% of the equity of Huaze Electronics held by four shareholders including Shen Shengmeng. After the completion of this transaction, Huaze Electronics will become a controlled subsidiary of the company.
