Zhitong Finance APP News, TRUE PARTNER (08657) announced that Ms. Siu Yuet Chau has resigned as (i) the Company's company secretary; and (ii) the Company's authorized representative for accepting service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (process agent), with effect from September 18, 2026. Save as aforesaid, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's authorized representative appointed under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules remains unchanged.
