Xingzheng International (06058) subsidiary sells notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$20.15 million

Zhito Finance APP News, Xingzheng International (06058) announced that during the period from June 15, 2026 to September 17, 2026, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary CISI Investment sold notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$20.15 million (equivalent to approximately HK$158 million) in the open market, for a total consideration of approximately US$20.0808 million (equivalent to approximately HK$157.6 million).
