Xingzheng International (06058) guarantees all obligations of CISI Investment Limited under the global repurchase agreement entered into with United Overseas Bank.

Zhito Finance APP news, Xingzheng International (06058) announced that the Company entered into a guarantee dated September 17, 2026 with United Overseas Bank Limited Hong Kong Branch (UOB), pursuant to which the Company agreed to provide a guarantee to UOB covering all obligations of CISI Investment Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) under the global repurchase agreement entered into with UOB. The Company controls the amount of this guarantee through internal management to not exceed US$20 million.
