Zhito Finance APP news, 3D Medicines (01244) announced that on August 14, 2023, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary 3D Medicines (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (3D Medicines Hong Kong) entered into a short-term note agreement (the Initial Agreement) with an independent third-party company Mega Link International Limited (Mega Link), with a principal amount of HK$50 million, a coupon rate of 6% per annum for the period from August 14, 2023 to August 14, 2025, and a coupon rate of 7.5% per annum for the period from August 15, 2025 to August 14, 2026.
