Fujian Expressway (600033.SH)'s controlling shareholder plans to increase its stake in the company by 130 million yuan to 230 million yuan.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Fujian Expressway (600033.SH) issued an announcement that the company recently received a notification letter from its controlling shareholder Fujian Provincial Expressway Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Expressway Group), that the Provincial Expressway Group intends to increase its holdings of the company's A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system by way of centralized bidding trading within 12 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement, with a total increase amount of no less than RMB 130 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 230 million, and the increase ratio shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital.
