Zhito Finance APP News: Xinhua Winshare (00811.HK) has announced that on September 15, 2026, the Company signed the "Sichuan Province 2026-2027 Academic Year Compulsory Education Stage Student Free Textbook Procurement Contract" (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Contract") with the Sichuan Province Student Financial Assistance Management Center, a public institution directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. The Sichuan Province Student Financial Assistance Management Center will procure from the Company free textbooks for students in the compulsory education stage for the 2026-2027 academic year for courses prescribed by the state and the province. The total contract amount is approximately RMB 1.311 billion, which is an estimated amount, and the specific amount shall be subject to settlement based on actual orders.
