The total amount of funds intended to be raised through this issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects shall not exceed RMB 810 million (inclusive of this amount). After deducting issuance expenses from the total raised funds, the funds will be used for the following projects: embodied intelligent robot body manufacturing project, embodied intelligent robot pilot test base and Shanghai R&D center project, high-end equipment parts expansion project, high-end parts new materials expansion project, and supplementing working capital.
