(hereinafter referred to as "Qianhai Investment"), intends to contribute RMB 40 million from its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of L Catterton (Guangzhou) Consumer Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), accounting for 4.2553% of the fund shares, and will serve as a limited partner.
