Yunji Group (001288.SZ) plans to invest 30 million yuan in Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership

Zhitong Finance APP News, Yunji Group (001288.SZ) announced that the company intends to, as one of the limited partners, together with the general partner Shanghai Zhengxingu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Zhengxingu") and other limited partners, jointly sign the "Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Contract" to jointly invest in and establish Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership" or the "Target Fund"). The target total subscribed capital contribution of the Partnership is RMB 3.1 billion, and the company intends to subscribe for a capital contribution of RMB 30 million with its own funds, accounting for 0.9677% of the target total subscribed capital contribution of the Partnership.
