Zhito Finance APP News: Tianli International Holdings (01773.HK) announced that on September 15, 2026, Qiming Daren (Zhuhai Hengqin) Education Technology Co., Ltd. (Qiming Zhuhai) entered into an equity transfer agreement (the Equity Transfer Agreement) with Shenzhen Qiming Daren Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Qiming), pursuant to which Qiming Zhuhai agreed to transfer 100% equity in Sichuan Qiming Daren Technology Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Qiming) to Shenzhen Qiming (the Internal Restructuring).
