The total consideration for the share transfer is RMB 200 million. This agreement-based transfer does not involve a change in control of the company, will not cause a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, does not involve a tender offer, and will not have a material impact on the company's governance structure or future sustainable operations.
