CSPC Jingfeng announced that 2.5 million shares of the company held by Ye Xiangwu were sold through a judicial auction and the transfer has been completed. Between August 11 and September 14, 2026, the shareholding of Ye Xiangwu and his persons acting in concert decreased by 2.25 million shares, accounting for 0.13% of the total share capital. After the change, Ye Xiangwu and his persons acting in concert hold a total of 86.6843 million shares, representing 4.93% of the company's total share capital, and are no longer shareholders holding more than 5% of the company. This equity change will not result in a change in control of the company and will not have a material impact on the company's governance structure or going concern.
