Lens Technology announced that the company intends to participate as a limited partner in investing in the Xiamen Times Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership, subscribing RMB 200 million with its own funds, accounting for 4.0816% of the fund's total subscribed capital. The fund has a total subscribed size of RMB 4.9 billion, with Xiamen Puquan Private Fund Management Partnership serving as the general partner and fund manager. It mainly invests in fields such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, technology applications, and frontier technology. The fund has a term of 7 years, with an extendable recovery period of no more than 2 years. This investment does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and does not need to be submitted to the company's board of directors or shareholders' meeting for review.
