DeRUCCI: Actual Controllers Wang Bingkun and Lin Jiyong Pledge an Additional 1.81 Million Shares in Total

DeRUCCI announced that the company recently received notices from actual controllers Wang Bingkun and Lin Jiyong that the two have conducted supplementary pledges of certain shares, with Guojin Securities as the pledgee in both cases. Among them, Wang Bingkun supplemented a pledge of 1.57 million shares, accounting for 1.95% of his holdings and 0.36% of the company's total share capital, with a pledge period from September 14, 2026 to September 12, 2028; Lin Jiyong supplemented a pledge of 240,000 shares, accounting for 0.30% of his holdings and 0.06% of the company's total share capital, with a pledge period from September 14, 2026 to September 16, 2027. After this supplementary pledge, Wang Bingkun, Lin Jiyong and their persons acting in concert have cumulatively pledged 57.927 million shares, accounting for 16.66% of their holdings and 13.31% of the company's total share capital.
