Efficient water-saving agriculture will develop steadily, chemical fertilizers and pesticides will be applied scientifically and precisely, and the level of green production in crop farming will continue to rise. Monitoring and early warning of agricultural conditions and disasters will become more precise, the capacity for agricultural disaster prevention, mitigation, and relief will be comprehensively strengthened, and high-quality development of crop farming will achieve remarkable results.
