China's largest international offshore oil and gas engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project by contract value has commenced construction.

On September 15, Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that the Qatar BH EPIC project has commenced construction at the Qingdao International High-end Equipment Manufacturing Base in Shandong. The project is the international offshore oil and gas engineering general contracting project with the largest contract value, the broadest business scope, and the highest comprehensive construction difficulty undertaken by a Chinese enterprise, marking a further enhancement of China's global competitiveness in high-end offshore engineering.
