Carlyle (CG.US) spends big again in energy business with a CAD 1 billion acquisition of Parallax.

Zhito Finance APP has learned that The Carlyle Group (CG.US) said on Monday that its newly established Canadian company, Avenrock Energy, has agreed to acquire Parallax Energy from Carnelian Energy Capital, thereby establishing a significant new light crude oil platform in Western Canada.
