Tianyancha App shows that Budweiser Beer Sales Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, with its registered capital increasing from approximately US$640 million to approximately US$1.03 billion. Budweiser Beer Sales Co., Ltd. was established in December 2014, with Zhang Mu as its legal representative. Its business scope includes food sales, procurement agency services, and daily necessities sales, among others. It is jointly held by Budweiser Sales Co., Ltd. and Budweiser Investment Co., Ltd.
