Yao Huaming appointed acting mayor of Dalian.

The 43rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 17th Dalian Municipal People's Congress decided on September 15 to accept Li Qiang's request to resign from the post of mayor of the Dalian Municipal People's Government, and appointed Yao Huaming as vice mayor and acting mayor of the Dalian Municipal People's Government.
